Our cleanses are run in 3 phases:
Phase 1: May 10th - 12th
3 Days of Preparation
Prepare to go on the Master Cleanse by weaning off of coffee, alcohol, dairy, meat, processed foods and sugar.
Phase 2: May 13th - 22nd
10 Days on the Master Cleanse
You will be drinking lemonade for these 10 days on the Master Cleanse which consists of freshly squeezed lemon juice, pure maple syrup, cayenne pepper and water.
Phase 3: May 23rd - 25th
3 Days Transitioning off the Master Cleanse
You slowly ease your digestive system back into solid food.
