During months without a live cleansing group, there will be 1 live coaching call with Tom Woloshyn.

During every live cleansing group, you will be guided through 3 days of preparation leading up to the Master Cleanse, 10 days on the Master Cleanse, as well as 2 days transitioning off of the Cleanse.
